Step back in time in the Loveland Museum and get a glimpse of Dixon and Lee County history. We have exhibits from the life of "Father" John Dixon, the Blackhawk War, Civil War and other conflicts, local industry and attractions, the Truesdell Bridge disaster and President Ronald Reagan.

All items in the museum are from the Loveland Estate or donated by many generous benefactors.There are many "hands on" exhibits as well.

There is no charge for your visit to the Loveland Museum. We are handicapped accessible with a ramped entrance and elevator to the Museum. We will also accomodate any special times for a guided tour throughout the Museum for your group, class or organization.
