Veteran’s Memorial Park Commission was established to bring into reality the vision of a Memorial Park, which would be dedicated to all Veterans of Military Service. The words, “All Veterans”, the commission defines as all men or women from any state or territory belonging to the United States who was in the military at any time at either peace or war, and honorably discharged from the service.
