Citizen Police Academy

Academy Description

The Citizen Police Academy began in February of 2005. The Citizen Police Academy (CPA) was created so our citizens may have an opportunity to see how the police department operates on a daily basis. Participants of the CPA will meet one day a week for twelve weeks. The CPA members learn about police related topics such as the hiring process, patrol procedures, investigations, tactical operations, crime scene investigation, and much more.
