Distinctive Gardens is located on the remains of an old 7.5 acre farm just north of Dixon, Illinois. A 100 year old barn has been remodeled into a unique gallery gift shop. Three greenhouses hold a variety of sought after and unusual annuals and perennials. The foundation of an old farm building hosts a nursery lot filled with collectible conifers and deciduous nursery plants. Display gardens are continuously being developed to offer creative ideas in gardening.
