Jared G. Hudson, age 39, of Dixon, Illinois, was issued two city ordinance tickets in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avenue on February 18, 2018 at 12:05 a.m. for No Valid Drivers’ License and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hudson was released with a notice to appear.
