Richard Shomaker Jr., age 44, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1400 block of West Fourth Street on February 8th, 2018, at 1:35 p.m., for a Lee County Failure to Appear Warrant. Shomaker was taken to Lee County Jail.
