How do I get a library card?

You can get a library card at the front desk of the Dixon Public LIbrary.  Cards are free for Dixon residents and last for three years.  For residents living outside the city limits, a library card costs $75 (as of 1/1/2020).  You should bring a government issued ID, or a piece of mail to prove residence.

Children will need a parent or guardian to get a children's card. Children can get a library card as soon as they are able to write their own name.
